A referenced Certificate of Analysis for Pürest Creatine™ High Purity Creatine Monohydrate identifies batch HPCM2026032301, manufactured March 23, 2026, with a retest date of March 22, 2029.

For that referenced raw-material batch, the COA lists a dry-basis assay specification of at least 99.5% with a reported result of 100.2%, and a purity specification of at least 99.99% with a conforming result. A separate third-party analytical section for the same batch reports creatine purity of 99.999%.

Why the Raw-Material Result Matters

Because the Nutribota finished formula contains only Pürest Creatine™ creatine monohydrate and no added fillers or blends, the documented raw-material quality is directly relevant to the ingredient used to make the stick packs. We still identify the 99.999% result as a test result for the referenced Pürest Creatine™ raw-material batch rather than describing it as a separate finished-stick-pack purity test.

Impurities, Heavy Metals & Microbiology

The referenced documentation includes testing or specifications for creatinine, dicyandiamide, dihydrotriazine, cyanide, heavy metals, and microbiological indicators. The third-party analytical section reports dicyandiamide below 0.4 mg/kg, dihydrotriazine below 0.6 mg/kg, creatinine at 9.07 mg/kg, and unspecified impurity below 0.4 mg/kg.

The raw-material COA also lists results below the stated limits for lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury, along with microbiological results for total plate count, yeast and mold, E. coli, Salmonella, and S. aureus.
