Order help and returns for Amazon purchases
Start with the order-help or return options Amazon provides for your Nutribota order. The terms and options shown for that order apply to your Amazon purchase.
For product or quality questions, email service@nutribota.com. Include the product name, your question and the relevant lot or batch details. If the question concerns an order, tell us where you bought it and include the order number when relevant.
Product, label or batch questions
To check the product before choosing, open the readable label reference or finished-product batch report. For a package you received, include a clear label photo and its printed lot/date when contacting us.

Direct checkout is not open. For the separate Nutribota.com policy reference, see our shipping policy and refund policy. Those direct-store terms do not set the delivery charges, eligibility or return options for an Amazon purchase.
Help with an earlier Nutribota.com order
Creatine Stick Packs after-sales support: For verified damage, incorrect or missing items, or product-quality problems, Nutribota will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item. Replacements depend on availability. An approved resolution may not require a return; contact us for instructions.
Opened or used supplements are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, including requests based only on personal taste or preference. This does not exclude verified quality problems or rights under applicable law.
For an unused, unopened item with seals intact, contact us before returning it. Change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved. We will confirm whether your order can be accepted for return, the authorized destination, any return-shipping cost and the refund arrangement before you send it. Free outbound shipping does not automatically include free return shipping.
Tell us where you placed the order. For an order placed on nutribota.com, include your order number and checkout email. For an Amazon order, include that order number and contact us through the Amazon order details or the support address below. The purchase channel matters when we locate the order and explain the applicable next steps.
For nutribota.com purchases, contact Nutribota before sending any item back. Do not send a package to an Amazon warehouse or to the address on the shipping label without return authorization and instructions from us.
